How we collect feedback
Client feedback is collected at handover on every job. When the scaffold is signed off and the digital handover pack goes out, we ask the homeowner, builder or site manager to tell us how the job actually went — and to put it on our Google Business Profile so the next client can read it.

I had to get my roof done and these guys sorted out the scaffolding for us. They were quick and friendly. They even managed to get down my narrow road. I would definitely recommend them.

Tubix provided the scaffolding for the roofers. They came on the days I expected and worked quickly, leaving no bits behind. Very pleasant to speak to.

Thanks very much to Aiden and his team for a very professional service. Scaffolding was swiftly fitted and removed to suit our timescale. Very efficient and neat with no disruption to our neighbours. And I got the grass cut!
