Coastal wind here is a design factor, not a note — cliff-edge and headland properties routinely need tie counts well above the TG20:21 sheeted minimum, and we specify heavier sheeting or debris netting rather than shrink-wrap on the exposed elevations. Access on the town-centre one-ways is workable outside July–August, and we deliberately avoid mid-season town-centre drops where possible; the industrial estate at Treloggan gives us a good staging point for larger jobs. Coastal-cliff jobs get an extra ground-condition check for erosion and cliff stability.
