Pricing

    Scaffolding prices in Cornwall

What goes into the price of a scaffold, what's included, and how to get a fixed written price from us.

    How much does scaffolding cost?

Every scaffold is priced to the building it goes on, so we don't quote a guess over the phone. We visit or look at your photos, then give you a fixed written price after a free assessment. The price you agree is the price you pay for the work and hire period set out in writing.

    What affects the price

No two scaffolds are the same. These are the things that move the price:

    • Height and number of lifts.
    • How many elevations need access: front only, front and back, or all round.
    • Length of hire.
    • Access to the site: roads, gardens, conservatories and uneven ground.
    • Extras such as loading bays, chimney or roof-edge protection, sheeting and temporary roofs.
    • A Cornwall Council or Devon scaffold licence if the scaffold sits on the pavement or road.

    What's included in our price

    • Erection and dismantle.
    • The hire period agreed in writing.
    • Photographed inspections every 7 days.
    • Scaff-tag.
    • RAMS.
    • Delivery and collection from our Carnon Downs yard.

How long is the hire period?

The hire period is agreed up front and written into your price. If your job runs on, extensions are available, and we agree them with you before the original period ends. Read more in our guide: How long can scaffolding stay up?
